Rewinder/Packer (3nd Shift)

Third-Shift employees with 90 days of service will receive an additional $3.00 per hour, contingent on attendance and aligned with OMNIs 'Attendance Incentive Program' and procedures, Program duration, incentive amounts, payment schedules, and shift allocations remain subject to company discretion and may be changed, amended, or discontinued at any time .

The minimum education required for this position is a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Stand, walk, carry, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use manual dexterity

Grasp, reach, and lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 50 pounds occasionally

Required to load product onto pallets which includes bending and twisting during a shift

Product will be moved throughout plant using manual or electric pallet jacks. This will require pushing and pulling to move product

Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Rewind/Packers are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and frequently encounter fumes or airborne particles. While the manufacturing area is climate controlled, employees may experience relatively warm or cold temperatures throughout the year. Additionally, the noise level in the work environment is usually loud, however, hearing protection is provided and not necessary in all areas of facility.
