What you'll do

• Lead and support annual pay review and bonus activities.
• Produce reward analysis, modelling and reporting; manage bonus calculations, accruals and submissions.
• Support pay range development and maintenance using market benchmarking data.
• Contribute to salary survey submissions, job matching and market analysis.
• Assist with gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and reward governance.
• Provide reward insights to stakeholders and improve processes, reporting and data quality.
• Support job evaluation and grading using established reward frameworks.

• Proven Analyst experience and strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex models, large datasets and trend interpretation.
• Experience supporting reward, compensation, pay review or bonus-related activities.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights, with accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive data.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders across HR, Finance and the wider business.
• Salary benchmarking, pay ranges, salary surveys or pay gap reporting experience is advantageous.
• PowerPoint familiarity is requested; Power BI, Workday, Willis Towers Watson or Korn Ferry methodology knowledge is beneficial.
