Role overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational and technical liaison for partner merchants and coordinate with Product, Risk, Integrations, and Business Development.
• Own partner onboarding, documentation, testing coordination, progress tracking, activation, and process creation.
• Manage merchant data capture and validation in line with risk and underwriting requirements.
• Lead technical-requirement discussions while keeping commercial objectives on track.
• Coordinate product rollouts, merchant-facing materials, go-to-market support, and cross-team execution.
• Analyze merchant performance and integration health and propose operational improvements.
• Improve SOPs and documentation to standardize and scale onboarding, integrations, and partner success.
• Support Business Development discussions and check that commitments are deliverable against product and risk requirements.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 2–3 years in Technical Account Management, Partner or Merchant Success, Solutions Delivery, Fintech or Payments Operations, payments, e-commerce integrations, Technical Program Management, or a comparable relevant role.
• A technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems, or strong demonstrable hands-on technical background in payments or integrations.
• Demonstrable understanding of payment flows, APIs, webhooks, and checkout or plugin integrations.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong cross-functional communication, analytical, documentation, and process-building skills.
