Responsibilities
- Design and deliver product knowledge and sales training for retail teams.
- Create practical, engaging learning content using modern and interactive formats.
- Support new product and brand launches through training.
- Adapt training to different markets, audiences, and business needs.
- Work with Retail, Commercial, and brand partners to identify training priorities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learning approach.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, product, sales training, or L&D; beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in the Middle East/GCC market.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
- Creative, modern approach to training and learning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the GCC.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
