The Beauty Advisor recommends and demonstrates beauty products and helps create a positive customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them find suitable beauty products.
- Demonstrate and recommend products, explaining their benefits and application techniques.
- Stay current on beauty products and trends to provide helpful information.
- Assist with inventory management and restock shelves.
- Work toward personal and store sales targets.
- Provide customer service and participate in product and selling-skills training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience; beauty industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn.
- Flexible to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
