Job Description: Retail Supervisor – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to support the daily operations of our retail outlet in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, supervising staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations and support the Retail Manager
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and maintain service excellence
- Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions
- Support in implementing promotions and in-store marketing activities
- Prepare basic sales and stock reports as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in beverages or FMCG
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Experience working in liquor retail or duty-free environments
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
