A Day in the Life
- Lead the team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a customer-first atmosphere.
- Train, develop, and inspire team members.
- Maintain visual merchandising displays and regular promotions.
- Manage stock to minimise loss and maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.
- Create rosters suited to store demand and trading hours.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous leadership experience in apparel retail.
- Experience managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
- Commitment to delivering an engaging customer experience.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
- An upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
