Support the Store Manager at Peter Alexander's Indooroopilly store in delivering a strong team and customer experience.
Help drive sales, create a welcoming store environment, and support smooth store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support sales targets and a customer-first store atmosphere.
- Help train and develop team members.
- Assist with stock control, visual merchandising, and store organization.
- Contribute to a positive, motivating team environment.
- Help manage rosters and staffing during peak trading times.
Candidate requirements
- Retail experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Ability to support sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential.
- High-stock-volume business experience is a bonus.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Availability required for alternating weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.
