The upcoming store is located in Chinatown at Dubai Mall, near the entrance and next to Haidilao.
The store is currently being fitted out and the company seeks a capable, responsible Retail Store Manager to support preparations, build the team and lead store operations.

The store is currently being fitted out and the company seeks a capable, responsible Retail Store Manager to support preparations, build the team and lead store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-opening preparations, including staff recruitment, training, product displays and operating procedures.
- Take responsibility for daily store operations, customer service and sales performance.
- Set sales targets, monitor results and motivate the team.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, merchandising, POS operations and cash controls.
- Organise staff schedules and maintain service standards.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports and report directly to the founder.
- Support promotions, social media content and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a retail store manager or supervisor, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, sales, communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent English; Mandarin or other additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management and sales reporting.
- An interest in technology, digital products and lifestyle retail.
- A proactive, reliable approach and the ability to manage a store independently.
Salary and Incentives
- Monthly base salary: AED 5,000–8,000, depending on experience and ability.
- Additional performance bonuses and sales commission.
- Long-term career development, with opportunities to take on broader management responsibilities based on performance.
Work Location and Schedule
- Before the store opens: office in Business Bay, Dubai.
- Pre-opening schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- After opening: Chinatown, Dubai Mall.
- Expected store schedule: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, subject to final confirmation.
- One day off per week.
- Full-time, in-person position.
