Role overview

Leadership and customer experience

• Support the store business plan and scheduling to meet financial targets.
• Lead and supervise the sales-floor team, deliver customer service, and coach employees.
• Assist with hiring, training, feedback, development, recognition, and appropriate discipline.
• Support store opening and closing, payroll, scheduling, and staff meetings.

Store operations and community

• Process shipments, maintain inventory, restock, and assist with transfers, donations, and sale preparation.
• Maintain visual standards and support visual-team directives.
• Help produce retail marketing events and community engagement.
• Promote Patagonia's environmental activism and encourage participation by employees and customers.
• Support loss prevention, safety, cleanliness, and store organization.

Role expectations

• Learn Patagonia products, including technical aspects of products in core sports.
• Support an inclusive and respectful workplace and Patagonia's environmental purpose.
• Use independent judgment to coach and develop team members.
