Retail Showroom Manager
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Showroom Manager to lead our gold jewellery showroom. The role involves driving sales, managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maximize showroom profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Manage showroom operations, merchandising, and visual standards
- Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with gold pricing, transactions, and security procedures
- Manage daily showroom operations and team performance
- Handle gold pricing based on daily market rates, weight, and making charges
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, and secure high-value transactions
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
Requirements
- 5–8 years of jewellery retail experience.
- Strong knowledge of gold jewellery and sales techniques
- Proven leadership and sales track record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
