We are looking for an experienced **Retail Showroom Manager** to lead our gold jewellery showroom.
The role involves driving sales, managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maximize showroom profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Manage showroom operations, merchandising, and visual standards
- Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with gold pricing, transactions, and security procedures
- Manage daily showroom operations and team performance
- Handle gold pricing based on daily market rates, weight, and making charges
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, and secure high-value transactions
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
Requirements
- 5–8 years of jewellery retail experience.
- Strong knowledge of gold jewellery and sales techniques
- Proven leadership and sales track record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
