Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Drive premium retail sales through consultations on posturepedic technology, sleep systems, and luxury bedding accessories.
• Assess customer sleep needs, body alignment concerns, and comfort preferences to recommend mattress models.
• Maintain premium showroom displays, product formatting, pricing clarity, and visual merchandising compliance.
• Build relationships with premium clients, interior designers, and corporate accounts.
• Provide structured follow-ups and after-sales care.
• Track local mattress market trends, competitor promotions, and consumer preferences.
• Feed actionable market insights back to management.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• At least 8 years of specialized retail experience in high-end mattresses, bedding textiles, or sleep ergonomics is required.
• Expert knowledge of mattress construction, including pocket springs, memory foam, latex, and hybrid layers, is required.
• Exceptional Arabic and English communication skills and a persuasive consultative selling style are required.

Workplace

• The position serves Sealy showrooms in Saudi Arabia and involves in-person retail work.
