Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive premium retail sales through expert consultations on posturepedic technology, sleep systems, and luxury bedding accessories.
• Assess customer sleep needs, body alignment concerns, and comfort preferences to recommend suitable mattress models.
• Maintain premium showroom presentation, product formatting, pricing clarity, and visual merchandising compliance.
• Build relationships with premium clients, interior designers, and corporate accounts while providing follow-up and after-sales care.
• Track mattress market trends, competitor promotions, and consumer preferences and report actionable insights to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 8 years of retail experience specializing in high-end mattresses, bedding textiles, or sleep ergonomics.
• Expert knowledge of mattress construction, including pocket springs, memory foam, latex, and hybrid layers.
• Knowledge of sleep science and exceptional Arabic and English communication abilities.
• Persuasive and polished consultative selling style.
