Overview

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of our health & beauty products, skin care, and other products.
  • Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Explain product usage
  • Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
  • Ensure merchandise is well displayed and regularly replenished.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
  • Follow all company policies regarding customer service and sales processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty or cosmatic retail.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.
  • Experience working with health & beauty, Skin care, or cosmetics is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
