Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah.
The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure a superior customer experience.
Key responsibilities
include managing and motivating the sales team, implementing effective strategies to meet sales targets, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining an organized and welcoming retail environment.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and resolve any issues will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Retail Sales and Sales strategies
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and satisfaction
- Leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated history of team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Familiarity with retail trends in the Jeddah market is a plus
