Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide assistance and information about product features.
- Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly department sales goals and take initiative to drive sales.
- Seek out customers in the store, discuss product options, and cross-sell products.
- Process point-of-sale purchases and handle merchandise returns.
- Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition and follow inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with coworkers to provide customer service and build productive relationships with customers.
- Suggest improvements to sales, including marketing activities or store design changes.
