Retail Inventory Associate -Female

Job Purpose: To monitor, control & report on inventory stock levels & movements in our retail store.

You will be working alongside the fulfillment & planning team to ensure stock availability.

Execution of inventory control activities such as ordering, receiving & transferring inventory to the right locations.

Maintaining the required inventory levels on retail, bulk & consumable items.

Compile and maintain records of all stock transactions.

Inventory Reconciliation & discrepancies root cause analysis

Verify and compute data with a physical count of stock and adjust errors in computations.

Must be familiar with accounts procedures.

Apply and ensure the application of standards and procedures set by the IZIL Supply chain, Spa team & accounts policy.

Ability to analyse & create daily, weekly & monthly reports on consumption, Inventory levels, shortages & depletion.

Apply and ensure the application of procedures and regulations concerning cost control.

Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order

Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Location Manager, Supply Chain or Finance Departments.

Experience in the Retail/Beauty industry

Detailed oriented with strong clerical skills in recording responsibilities.

Excel & MS Word skills & ERP Knowledge

Qualification and Licenses requirement:

Must be able to communicate both verbally and written in English

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field

Knowledge in basic accounting & Inventory management

Knowledge in Mindbody Solution is a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Minimum 2 years experience into Retail/Beauty industry as Inventory Controller.

Hands on experience in MS Excel & Netsuite.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
