Role overview

What you’ll do

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back-room work, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain customer-service and store-operation standards with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan and prioritize work, guide tasks, and train Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service.
• Create eye-catching displays in key areas to support the store’s brand and value strategy.

About you

• Bring 1–2 years of retail or service experience and a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes.
• Collaborate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
• Communicate clearly and manage time effectively to prioritize work.

Compensation

• The expected hiring range is $17.35–$19.35 per hour; starting ranges may vary and may not represent the full pay range.
