Role overview

Winners is hiring a Retail Store Coordinator to help lead the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll do

  • Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back-room operations, and merchandise processing.
  • Maintain strong customer-service and store-operations standards through clear updates and team alignment.
  • Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks; encourage collaboration and train Associates on service policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting collaboration and improvement.
  • Create eye-catching displays in key areas to support the store’s brand and value strategy.

About you

  • Bring 1–2 years of retail or service experience and a strong understanding of customer needs and operational processes.
  • Collaborate effectively and build positive working relationships.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Use strong communication and time-management skills to share information and prioritize effectively.

Work location

  • The role is at the Winners store at Scotia Plaza, 40 King Street West, Toronto.

Compensation

  • The stated expected hourly hiring range is $19.95–$24.94; the offered rate may vary based on relevant skills, experience, and local labor market factors.
