Location
- Based at Deira Gold Souk in Dubai.
Salary
- AED 2,500 per month, with accommodation and transport.
Experience and qualifications
- Counter or retail sales experience; jewellery, tools, hardware, or industrial supplies experience is preferred.
- One to two years of experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills and willingness to learn technical product details are required.
- Hindi, Gujarati, or Arabic language ability is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Serve walk-in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
- Sell jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating products, and industrial chemicals.
- Recommend products, prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
Working hours
- Work 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, six days per week.
- Weekly day off is Sunday or rotational.
