Retail Cluster Manager - Gold & Diamonds
About This Role
A Store Head in the gold and diamond industry is a senior-level retail role responsible for the operational and financial success of multiple jewellery retail outlets (typically 5–10 stores) within a specific geographic area. This role serves as the bridge between individual store managers and regional/zonal leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Profitability: Driving revenue, tracking KPIs (footfall, conversion, ASP), and optimizing profit margins across all assigned stores.
- Operational Control: Monitoring SOP compliance, inventory accuracy, visual merchandising standards, and stock security.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring store managers, conducting appraisals, and driving product training on jewelry, gold, and diamonds.
- Strategic Planning: Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Ensure store and individual targets achievement and exceed the same
- Generate and monitor performance report and implement strategies to excel
- lead the store team and ensure policy compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Background: Extensive luxury/jewelry retail experience, specifically focusing on multi-store leadership.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of diamonds, gold, and solitaires.
- Education: Relevant degree in Management or Retail.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and high-net-worth individual (HNI) client relationship management skills.
Language Known: Malayalam, English
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
