Job Summary

Arakkal Gold & Diamonds LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Executive to oversee all human resource functions across our jewellery retail operations.

The successful candidate will have 2 to 4 years of total UAE HR experience.

This role demands a strong understanding of UAE labour laws, hands-on leadership in employee relations, payroll management, and a track record of managing performance through well-defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and UAE Labour Law.

✅ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies for all business units.

✅ Oversee employee performance management systems, including KPI setting, monitoring, and rating, in collaboration with department heads.

✅ Provide expert HR guidance to management and employees on matters such as performance, career development, and disciplinary actions.

✅ Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace culture.

✅ Ensure compliance with all UAE labour and immigration laws, keeping company policies up to date with regulatory changes.

✅ Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management.

✅ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

✅ Support leadership in workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development.

✅Conduct regular HR audits and provide analytics-driven reports on KPIs, turnover, and workforce trends.

✅ Drive training and development initiatives to build employee capability and engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

✅ Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

✅ Minimum 2-4 years of progressive UAE HR experience.

✅Prior experience in the jewellery or retail industry is strongly preferred.

✅In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

✅ Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

✅ High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.

✅Excellent verbal and written command in English and Malayalam
