The Role

Support hands-on store operations and work on the shop floor.

Lead the team alongside the Store Manager and step up when the Store Manager is away.

Work across stock, customer service, and store standards while learning all aspects of running a store.

Roster

  • No Sunday hours.
  • Every second Saturday off.
  • Three consecutive days off every second weekend.

Candidate Profile

  • Suitable experience includes leading a shift, supervising, running a department, training new starters, or holding keys in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience may come from retail, fast food, fuel, hospitality, a chemist, or another fast-paced environment.
  • Discount variety experience is not required because training is provided.

Pay

  • Base pay is AUD 29.45 per hour plus penalty rates, overtime rates, and 17.5% leave loading.

Responsibilities
