Fit Out Project Manager

What you’ll do

• Deliver fit out and refurbishment projects for individual retail stores across Australia.
• Manage budgets, timelines, forecasting, and capital workflows.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Work on site to oversee trades and ensure work meets plan and standards.
• Ensure compliance with NCC, BCA, and relevant construction and safety standards.
• Use SAP for project documentation, purchasing, and spend tracking.
• Update senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years of experience delivering retail fit outs, refurbishments, or store conversions.
• Strong construction knowledge across disciplines such as electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and architectural work.
• Experience working on site and managing trades directly.
• SAP experience is preferred; retail experience, ideally in rollout or conversion programs, is also preferred.
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
