• Essential Functions:
• Promptly returning calls from prospective donors and scheduling donation pick-ups.
• Maintaining computerized tracking and filing systems.
• Creating efficient pick-up schedules and routes for the ReStore Truck Drivers.
• Inspects contents of trucks.
• Tracking and reporting donations, community service and volunteer data.
• Ensuring vehicles are thoroughly inspected, maintained and in good repair.
• Interacting positively with associates, donors, community service and customers.
• Assisting with the retail operation, including operating the cash register and making sales.
• Providing superior customer service to donors and customers.
• Implementing and following all store policies and procedures. Direct volunteers, homeowners, and community service workers with a wide range of skills and abilities.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and inspection logs.
• Performs other tasks as required.
• Develop relationships with all City and County offices (Tulsa, Creek, Wagner, Osage, Rogers, Mayes, Pawnee, Washington, Lincoln) to ensure each store has community service workers completing hours in all locations.
• Communicate with skills and abilities that relate well to a diverse group of individuals.
• Safety:
