The position is a waitress role in a restaurant, café, hotel, or other F&B setting.
Experience and qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or F&B environment is preferred.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards is required.
- A valid food handling or health certificate is preferred, if applicable.
Skills and attributes
- Good English communication is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A positive, service-oriented team player is sought.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen or bar team.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the assigned area.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow hygiene and food safety practices.
Schedule
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
