Restaurant Supervisor (Russian Speaking)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant shifts.
• Manage daily cash handling and cash register procedures.
• Prepare and maintain staff schedules.
• Arrange shift coverage and replacements when team members are absent.
• Welcome guests and present the menu.
• Manage reservations and guest profiles through SevenRooms.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
• Oversee delivery operations and order flow.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and steward schedules.
• Control inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies.
• Maintain and follow cleaning checklists.
• Work with Syrve POS system.
• Conduct daily staff briefings.
• Train new waiters on menu knowledge and service standards.
• Conduct menu knowledge tests and staff assessments.
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Russian-speaking candidate.
• Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with SevenRooms and Syrve is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Package

• Salary: AED 11,000 per month.
• Employment visa provided.
• Medical insurance coverage.
• Staff meals provided.
• We are looking for 2 Restaurant Supervisors.
• One candidate should be available to join on July 1st, and the second candidate on August 1st.
• Pay: AED5.00 - AED6.00 per day
