We are looking for a **Procurement Officer**.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and contractors, obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the procurement of restaurant supplies, including cleaning products, packaging, consumables, and operational materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services for restaurant equipment and facilities.
- Organize and oversee mandatory service contracts, including pest control, exhaust system cleaning, grease trap maintenance, and preventive equipment servicing.
- Maintain supplier and contractor records, contracts, and renewal schedules.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and visa processing in collaboration with the PRO.
- Collect and verify employee documentation and monitor the progress of all onboarding procedures.
- Maintain operational reports and Excel records, including expenses and other business metrics.
- Prepare procurement, cost, and contractor performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and purchasing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with PROs and handling employee documentation is preferred.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Benefits
- Lunch provided by the restaurant.
- Net salary: **AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month**.
- Employment visa provided.
- Medical expenses covered by the company.
- Pay: AED5.00 - AED6.00 per day
