Restaurant Supervisor (Fine dining Experienced)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the FOH team throughout each service period, managing floor sections, table assignments, and service pace
• Act as the senior guest contact on the floor — greeting VIPs, resolving complaints, and handling special requests with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
• Conduct pre-service briefings covering specials, allergens, reservations, and service expectations; ensure team readiness before every service
• Coach team members in real time on service technique, upselling, menu knowledge, and brand standards
• Oversee reservations, walk-ins, and table allocation to optimise covers and minimise wait times, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams
• Enforce grooming, uniform, and conduct standards; maintain GCC regulatory and hygiene compliance
• Support the Restaurant Manager with shift reports, cover tracking, performance observations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred; food hygiene certification (GCC-compliant) required
• 3–5 years of progressive FOH experience in upscale or fine-dining environments, including 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Prior GCC or Middle Eastern hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• Deep understanding of GCC cultural etiquette and Islamic hospitality values
• Calm, solutions-focused temperament with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully
• Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
