- Coordinate staff schedules and manage attendance
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Coordinate with the Shisha team to ensure prompt service and adherence to UAE safety and tobacco regulations
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the restaurant menu and guide guests through it
Requirements
- Arabic language is mandatory (spoken and written)
- English language required for communication with non Arabic speaking customers and team members
- Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant supervisory experience in the UAE
- Experience in Middle Eastern restaurants is preferred
- Hospitality, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or related certification/diploma preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage a team effectively

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
- The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high operational standards, supervise staff, and support the restaurant management team in achieving business objectives.
