- Observe and coordinate the service team on the restaurant floor
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high quality customer service
- Welcome and attend the guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently
- Guide and support waiters and junior staff
- Ensure tables are properly set and service standards are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure timely service
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain in a Middle Eastern restaurant is highly preferred
- Experience within the UAE hospitality industry, in alcohol service and in handling alcoholic beverages
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Arabic language is a MUST
- English is required only for communication with non Arabic speaking guests
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude

Job Overview
