Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic F&B Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, support event management activities, and assist in café operations including coffee preparation and cashiering.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and café operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café products.
- Train and guide service staff on food service standards and customer care.
- Manage reservations, customer inquiries, and guest complaints professionally.
- Coordinate and support indoor and outdoor catering events.
- Assist in event planning, setup, execution, and post-event activities.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle cashiering duties, billing, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock requirements with management.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.
- Support sales initiatives and promote restaurant offerings to increase revenue.
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or Senior Barista.
- Hands-on experience in coffee preparation and café operations.
- Experience handling cashiering and POS systems.
- Experience managing events, catering functions, or private gatherings is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
