Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will lead and support the service team, maintain operational standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Train, coach, and motivate restaurant team members.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing manpower requirements.
- Support sales initiatives and help achieve restaurant targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
