Restaurant Supervisor
About This Role
Nineteen Eighteen Café is looking for an experienced and motivated Café supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a café management role and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Support in marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Café Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of café operations and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Ready to join immediately
