A burger restaurant seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and support an excellent guest experience.
The supervisor is expected to lead by example and remain calm in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team; assign server sections and tasks to keep service smooth.
- Train new team members and coach staff on service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Create staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Open and close the restaurant, handle cash, and prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene; check front-of-house supplies and report shortages.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep service on time and assist guests during busy periods.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of restaurant or café experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; good English. Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food handling card or willingness to obtain one.
Pay and package
- Pay is QAR 3,000–4,000 per month.
- The monthly salary package includes basic salary, accommodation, transportation, and allowances, with no employee deductions or payments for those items.
