Crew (Waiter/Waitress)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests; present menus, explain dishes, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
• Take orders in the POS system; serve food and beverages professionally; check guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Process cash and card payments accurately; keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and stocked.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or café server experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong customer service attitude are welcome.
• Good English communication is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods and handle multiple tables in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Qatar ID and work eligibility or ability to be sponsored is required; indicate which applies.
• A food handling card is required, or candidates must be willing to obtain one.

Pay and package

• Pay is QAR 2,500–3,000 per month as an all-inclusive package covering basic salary, accommodation, transportation, and allowances.
• No separate deductions or additional payments are required for the items covered by the package.
