Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering is looking for experienced, energetic Servers who love hospitality, enjoy making money during a busy shift, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in what we do.

Between our year-round restaurant, catering, private events, Saturday brunch, and wildly popular seasonal pop-up bars, there’s always something happening at Hudson’s.

We want servers who enjoy being busy, know how to connect with guests, and appreciate working with great food, creative cocktails, and teammates who have each other’s backs.

We work hard to create experiences that bring people through the doors. Our restaurant, private events, catering, and seasonal pop-ups provide our servers with opportunities to work busy, high-energy shifts with strong earning potential.

Throughout the year, Hudson’s creates new specials, seasonal menus, cocktails, events, and immersive pop-up concepts.

Hudson’s is family-owned and operated by brothers JJ and Kevin Altomare, graduates of The Culinary Institute of America , who have spent more than 19 years building and operating their restaurant and catering business in Northeast Ohio.

Ownership is hands-on, involved in the operation, and understands what it takes to get through a busy service.

Confidently guide guests through our food, cocktail, wine, and beverage menus

Make recommendations and suggestively sell without making guests feel pressured

Manage a busy section efficiently and professionally

Accurately take and enter orders

Anticipate guest needs throughout their experience

Communicate closely with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and management

Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas

Process payments accurately

Handle guest questions and concerns professionally

Jump in and support your teammates when things get busy

We’re looking for experienced hospitality people with personality .

You might be a great fit if you:

Have 1+ year of restaurant serving experience

Enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Know how to manage several tables without sacrificing hospitality

Are comfortable talking about food, cocktails, wine, and beer

Enjoy recommending and selling menu items

Have a positive, outgoing personality

Stay calm when the restaurant gets busy

Show up ready to work and can be counted on

Take pride in giving guests genuinely great service

Understand that great restaurant teams help each other

Applicants must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in Ohio.

For more than 20 years , Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering has been serving the Hudson community with chef-driven food, creative menus, and genuine hospitality.

We serve lunch and dinner six days a week, Saturday brunch, private events, and catering while also creating some of our area's most unique seasonal dining experiences.

We work hard, we get busy, we have fun, and we take pride in creating a place where both our guests and our employees want to come back.
