Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering is looking for hardworking, dependable, and energetic people to join our kitchen team as Dishwashers.

This is an important position in our restaurant. A great dish team keeps the kitchen moving, keeps the cooks cooking, and helps make a busy service successful.

Operate our commercial dish machine

Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently

Return clean dishes and equipment to the proper locations

Maintain clean kitchen floors and work areas

Remove trash and keep disposal areas organized

Help maintain walk-ins, coolers, and freezer areas

Monitor proper dish machine temperatures

Safely refill dishwashing and cleaning chemicals

Help prevent unnecessary breakage and equipment damage

Assist the kitchen with basic prep when needed

Jump in and help your teammates during busy service

Most importantly: show up ready to work and bring a positive attitude.

You don't need years of restaurant experience.

Previous restaurant, dishwashing, utility, or kitchen experience is a plus, but it is absolutely not required.

This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and the ability to bend, crouch, lift, carry, and safely work around commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning products.
