Locus Gastro Hub is hiring a full-time Restaurant Order Packer on-site in Dubai.
The role checks, assembles, packs, and hands delivery orders over to couriers.
Responsibilities
- Match each order to its ticket and check that all ordered dishes, sauces, drinks, and other items are included.
- Follow order notes and alert the kitchen about unclear requests or missing items.
- Use suitable containers, separate hot and cold items, and protect orders from leaks or damage.
- Label bags and match them to the correct order before courier handover.
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams during busy periods.
- Keep the packing station clean, organized, and stocked with packaging materials.
What we're looking for
- Practical experience in restaurant order packing, takeaway, or delivery dispatch is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when several orders are ready at once.
- Clear communication with kitchen and courier teams.
- Reliability, cleanliness, and willingness to work on-site in Dubai.
