We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager for our upcoming fine dining branch in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations across all restaurant outlets.
Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure operational excellence.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and cost-control measures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health & safety standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business growth.
Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve organizational objectives.
Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, cleaning schedules, and opening/closing procedures.
Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement across all locations.
Financial & Commercial Management
Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance across outlets.
Develop and monitor budgets, sales targets, revenue, and operating costs.
Maintain strict control over Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), waste management, spoilage prevention, and portion control.
Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and purchasing activities.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory to support cash flow management.
Operational Excellence
Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality controls, and operational audits.
Optimize workflows to improve productivity, service speed, and customer satisfaction.
Manage labor costs through effective scheduling and workforce planning.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of FOH and BOH teams.
Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous development.
Coach and mentor outlet managers and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and workplace behavior.
Marketing & Business Growth
Partner with marketing teams to support promotions, increase brand visibility, and drive sales growth.
Identify opportunities to improve guest experience, increase customer retention, and maximize outlet performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
5–7 years of Operations Management experience in the F&B industry.
Proven multi-unit/outlet management experience.
Background with structured organizations such as hotel chains, franchise operations, or medium-to-large restaurant groups.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and drive results.
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and quality standards.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in P&L management and financial reporting.
Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and operational reporting tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
