- **American pastries**: o Cookies o Brownies o Dessert bars French pastry basics: o Brioche o Enriched doughs o Creams and fillings Danish bakery products: o Laminated pastries o Sweet dough applications Technical Understanding Baking chemistry and ingredient functions Dough fermentation principles Chocolate and sugar basics
- **Texture, moisture, and consistency control** Decoration and finishing standards Food Safety & Compliance Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation Proper ingredient storage and labeling HACCP awareness and implementation Clean workstation management Allergen awareness and contamination prevention Ideal
- **Professional Background Minimum 3–5 years in pastry Minimum 3–5 bakery production**
- Experience in commercial pastry operations Ability to handle volume while maintaining quality Experience working within structured kitchen systems Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
