Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum
• 3–5 years of experience
• as a Restaurant Manager in
• fine dining or luxury hospitality
• environments
• Proven experience in
• Italian cuisine concepts
• is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Solid understanding of
• restaurant financials and cost control
• Ability to thrive in a
• fast-paced, high-end dining environment
• Strong knowledge of
• wine pairing and beverage service
• is advantageous
• Currently based in UAE or willing to relocate
