is a unique social entertainment concept that blends competitive mini golf with world-class street food, expertly crafted cocktails, and a high-energy party atmosphere.
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering the Swingers experience in one of the most dynamic hospitality markets in the world.
You’ll lead a talented team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable time — whether they’re playing a round of golf, enjoying drinks with friends, or celebrating something special
.This is a perfect opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in high-volume hospitality, experiential venues, or entertainment concepts

Key Responsibilitie
- s:Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring excellence across all departments: mini golf, bars, food service, and guest experienc
- e.Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team focused on delivering standout service with personality and flai
- r.Maintain high standards in service, hygiene, safety, and compliance with UAE regulation
- s.Monitor and optimize performance in staffing, inventory, cost control, and guest satisfactio
- n.Manage budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs to drive profitability and efficienc
- y.Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-energy team culture aligned with the Swingers bran
- d.Build and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, and stakeholder
- s.Be present and hands-on during service to lead by example and ensure a seamless guest journe

Qualifications & Skil
- ls:5+ years of experience in a management role within hospitality or entertainment venu
- es.Proven success in team leadership, guest experience, and operational performan
- ce.Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L management and budgeti
- ng.A passion for delivering fun, engaging, and memorable experienc
- es.Excellent communication and problem-solving skil
