The Role
Lead the front-of-house team and run day-to-day restaurant operations.
Set service standards, support busy service periods, and contribute to business performance.
The role is hands-on and includes coaching staff and reviewing business figures.
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, onboard, train, and develop front-of-house staff.
- Create staff rotas and manage labour costs.
- Support service on the floor, build guest relationships, and resolve feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate kitchen and front-of-house operations with the Head Chef.
- Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Track sales, costs, and targets; oversee cash handling, reports, and POS accuracy.
- Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene compliance.
- Support marketing, promotions, events, and social media; maintain restaurant appearance.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi or Urdu and English.
- Ready to join within the next week; own visa is an advantage.
Schedule
- Nine-hour shift plus a one-hour break.
- Six working days per week.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Work location is in person in Bur Dubai.
Pay and Employment
- Full-time employment.
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
