Front-of-house hostess/receptionist role welcoming guests and managing the arrival experience.
Work location is in person in Bur Dubai.
What you'll do
- Greet guests and manage reservations, walk-ins and waitlists by phone, online and in person.
- Seat guests efficiently, balance floor sections, communicate wait times and care for waiting guests.
- Handle inquiries, bookings, takeaway orders, special requests, celebrations and group bookings.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to support smooth table turns and refer guest concerns to a manager when appropriate.
- Keep the entrance and host stand tidy and welcoming.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of restaurant experience.
- Hindi or Urdu speaking is preferred.
- Must be ready to join within one week.
Schedule
- Nine-hour shift plus a one-hour break.
- Six workdays per week.
Compensation
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
