- Behind The Cup (BTC), is hiring a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager for its operations in Abu Dhabi.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the UAE.
- **Responsibilities:** Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH), managing the team, ensuring service and quality standards, and driving business growth.
- **Requirements:** A hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
- **Experience:** 2–3 years in a similar role in the F&B/restaurant industry.
- **Responsibilities:** Assist the Restaurant Manager in all daily operations, including staff supervision, managing customer service, and maintaining operational standards.
- **Requirements:** Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- General requirements for both positions
- **Location:** Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and available for interviews.
- **Skills:** Proven experience in the F&B/restaurant industry is a must, along with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
