Full-time Restaurant Manager for Low Calories Restaurant's new branch in Hatta, Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
- Control food costs, expenses, and wastage.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and suppliers.
- Monitor sales and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage restaurant operations independently.
- Must currently reside in the UAE.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,500 per month.
