Hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a restaurant group in Qatar.
Role expectations
- Manage daily restaurant operations, control expenses, and achieve business targets.
- Train, coach, and manage staff performance; lead the team and support customer service and quality standards.
- Prepare operational and sales reports using MS Excel.
- Manage food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 7–10 years of restaurant operations experience, including at least two years of current experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills; knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards.
- Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational and sales reporting; knowledge of food costing, inventory, budgeting, and cost management.
- Professional and presentable manner.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is QAR 8,000–10,000 total package, depending on experience and interview performance; pay cadence is not specified.
- One annual air ticket is offered.
