A dynamic and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager is required to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Control operational costs and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the branch
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Experience in handling branch-level operations independently
