Seylane is recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate player in Morocco.

As part of the development of a prestigious residential project in Marrakech, our client is seeking an experienced

Residential Sales Manager

W/M to lead the sales office, drive commercial performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the project's premium positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales office and lead the commercial team.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop sales advisors to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Translate commercial objectives into actionable sales plans and ensure their successful execution.
  • Oversee the sale of residential units in line with pricing policies, sales guidelines, and business targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives and commercial events, including launches, private viewings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Deliver a seamless, personalized, and premium customer experience from initial contact through closing.
  • Engage with a demanding local and international clientele while acting as a brand ambassador for the project.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, referral partners, and key business introducers.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasts, and commercial insights to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement actions to optimize sales results.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience within premium or luxury real estate sales environments.
  • Proven experience managing or leading a real estate sales office.
  • Strong understanding of high-end residential real estate markets and customer expectations.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in commercial reporting and performance management tools.
  • Full professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory, with the ability to interact confidently with an international and high-net-worth clientele.
